The US choice of president

I think the US choice of president, Barak Obama, will prove to be a wise one, regarding the current economical crisis, and global challenges, like the Global Warming issue. Obama has several good opinions regarding taxation, and the economic crisis.

Examples of this, is his will to end the tax breaks for companies that moves their production, and jobs oversea, and to rise the taxes of the rich part of the population in the US. Obama also has the “REAL USA” plan, where companies that provide good and secure jobs for the American people will be rewarded with tax incentives. This is an important plan, as it might give the citizens of the US a better shot at economical safety, and will provide more jobs for the people.

Additionally, Obamas energy policy makes it possible for the US to make a huge positive impact on the issue of Global Warming. Obama wants to reduce the emissions of carbon by 80% by 2050, and he has several good ways of making this possible. Firstly, he wants the US to make a step towards, and invest in renewable energy. Secondly, and more importantly, Obama wants to explore the possibilities of nuclear power, and are positive to use such power, if it is a way to safely storage nuclear waste. This is a big break, as nuclear power makes sensible solution of the worlds growing need for energy.

Also, Obama’s view on education a much needed one in the US, as he supports free college for any student with an average grade of a B-. Last, but not least, I think the choice of a black president might help to tear down the wall of racism in the US
